ONE WORKSHOP. MULTIPLE ROUTES.

The right process for the part.

CNC turning, milling and additive manufacturing for one-offs, prototypes and small-to-medium UK production runs.

CNC turning

For rotational parts and accurate cylindrical features, using CNC and manual lathes. Suitable enquiries include shafts, bushes, spacers, adaptors, replacement parts and repeat components.

CNC turning of a precision shaft

CNC and manual milling

Milling for prismatic parts, faces, slots, holes and other machined features. We assess each enquiry against the available equipment, material, geometry and quantity before quoting.

3D printing

3D printer producing an engineering prototype

Additive manufacturing for quick prototypes, fit checks, concept development and finished printed products. It can be used before machining to validate a design or as the final production method where appropriate.
