Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to UK addresses only. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges

We use Royal Mail, InPost and Evri for deliveries to UK addresses. The delivery options available at checkout depend on the combined packaged weight and dimensions of the products in your basket. Not every carrier or service will be suitable for every order.

Royal Mail

  • Up to 2 kg: £3.99
  • Over 2 kg and up to 10 kg: £7.99
  • Over 10 kg and up to 20 kg: £18.99

InPost home delivery

  • Small parcel, up to 8 × 38 × 64 cm and 15 kg: £3.10
  • Medium parcel, up to 19 × 39 × 64 cm and 15 kg: £4.50
  • Large parcel, up to 41 × 38 × 64 cm and 15 kg: £6.50

Evri Standard delivery

  • Postable parcel, from 250 g up to 1 kg: £3.11
  • Small parcel up to 1 kg: £3.50
  • Small parcel over 1 kg and up to 2 kg: £4.05
  • Standard parcel up to 1 kg: £3.78
  • Standard parcel over 1 kg and up to 2 kg: £5.51
  • Standard parcel over 2 kg and up to 5 kg: £7.58
  • Standard parcel over 5 kg and up to 10 kg: £7.68
  • Standard parcel over 10 kg and up to 15 kg: £11.82

The exact delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders over 20 kg, or orders outside the available carrier size limits, cannot be completed through the checkout. Please email info@nockworks.com if you would like to ask whether alternative delivery arrangements are possible.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

We aim to dispatch in-stock goods within 2–3 working days. This is a dispatch target, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit times begin after dispatch and are estimates only unless we have expressly agreed a delivery date with you. Tracking information and a carrier delivery estimate will be provided where the selected service supports them.

Made-to-order and custom items have separate production lead times. The applicable lead time will be stated on the product page, quotation or order confirmation before the order is accepted.

Delivery address and missed deliveries

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or delivery is refused, we may need to charge the reasonable cost of re-delivery.

When goods arrive

Please inspect your delivery promptly and contact us at info@nockworks.com if goods are damaged, missing or incorrect. This does not affect your legal rights.
